Opportunity:

RN - Rehab

Job Details:

• 13-week contract with an ASAP start date
• 12-hour variable shifts: 6:00 AM to 6:30 PM or 6:00 PM to 6:30 AM
• Guaranteed 48 hours per week with overtime after 48 hours worked
• Every other weekend and holiday rotation required
• Float to all inpatient units as needed
• Contract is eligible for 36 hours of low census unbillable hours, which can be applied in hour increments as needed
• Primary location is an inpatient rehab unit with 12 beds and patient ratios of 1:4-1:6 for PM shifts and 1:8 for nights
• Primary cases include stroke, trauma, debility, amputation, and cardiac
• Minimum 1 year of medical surgical rehab experience preferred, or a medical/surgical background; inpatient hospital (STAC) experience required
• Rehab knowledge required
• Epic charting experience preferred
• Required certifications: WI RN license, AHA or ARC BLS
• Associate degree or certificate required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Scrub color: any color
• Must be a hard worker, resilient, able to manage change well, and work well with others
