Telemetry RN Job in Conway, SC

Conway Medical Center is seeking a Registered Nurse for a 91-day travel assignment in Telemetry. You will work 3 x 12-hour night shifts covering multiple Med/Surg Tele units as a float position.

Assignment Details:

• Location: Conway, SC
• Specialty: Telemetry (Medical/Surgical)
• Shift: 12-hour nights, every other weekend required
• Duration: 91 days
• Start Date: July 21, 2026
• Weekly Pay: $1,814.40

Role Requirements:

You must hold a valid South Carolina RN license in hand and have a minimum of 2 years of Med/Surg Tele experience. Travel experience is required; this position does not accept first-time travelers. Float pool experience and PCU/Step Down experience are preferred. Current ACLS and BLS certifications are required.

Clinical Responsibilities:

• Cardiac telemetry monitoring on the unit
• IV management and primary IV skills (RT covers specialty IV lines)
• Dysrhythmia interpretation and management
• Blood product administration and heparin protocols
• Central line care and wound care
• Patient care for adults with medical, surgical, and cardiac conditions
• Patient-to-nurse ratio of 1:6, with potential flex to 1:7

Work Environment:

You will use the Cerner EMR charting system. Self-scheduling and blocked scheduling are available. No requested time off for holidays is preferred, though single holiday requests may be considered. Black scrubs are required. Locals are accepted at the same travel rate.
