ICU RN Job in Geneva, NY

Finger Lakes Health Geneva General Hospital is seeking a registered nurse for its ICU setting in Geneva, NY. You will work full-time on a rotating day and night schedule, providing acute care to patients across all age groups—pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric populations.

Role Details

• Work three 12-hour shifts per week on a variable schedule: 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• Day, night, weekend, and holiday shifts required
• Deliver age-appropriate care in a fast-paced ICU environment
• Manage multiple priorities, maintain patient confidentiality, and contribute to a collaborative team atmosphere

Required Qualifications

• Current New York State RN license
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS (AHA/RQI only) certifications
• NIHSS certification
• Basic Coronary Care certification (required within 6 months of start)
• CPI certification (required within 90 days of start)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic medical records systems

Recommended Certifications

• TNCC and Emergency Nurses Association certification (within 2 years)
