Job Details:

• Night shift schedule with weekend coverage required
• 3 years of experience required
• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential required
• Epic charting experience required - no exceptions
• Travel experience required
• Community hospital experience preferred
• BSN preferred
• Call requirements to be discussed with manager during interview
• Candidates will float within scope if needed
• Natural nail policy in effect
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, CRT, RRT; NRP and PALS preferred
• VA or compact state license must be in hand at time of submittal
• 2 references required
• Treat patients across all age groups including neonates, infants, adolescents, pediatrics, adults, and geriatrics
• Work with patient diagnoses including COPD, asthma, pneumonia, CHF, and post-op cases
• Operate specialty equipment including Servo-i vents, V60s, GEM 5000 blood gas analyzers, and Airvo
• Transport patients to Radiology on ventilator, non-invasive ventilation, or high-flow support
• Skills include adult critical care, BiPAP, CPAP, high flow nasal cannula, mechanical ventilation weaning, intubation assist, tracheostomy care, arterial blood gas drawing and interpretation, and chest physiotherapy
