Cardiac Cath Lab RN Job in Sioux City, IA

UnityPoint - St. Luke's Downtown in Sioux City, IA is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for our Cardiac Cath Lab. This is a temporary position running for 91 days, starting November 9, 2026. You will work 5x8 hour day shifts at $3,432 per week.

Role and Responsibilities

As an RN in the Cath Lab, you will contribute your professional and clinical knowledge and skills in the provision and management of care to patients as a member of the interdisciplinary team. You will use our EPIC electronic medical record system. First-time travelers are welcome to apply.

Expectations and Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of experience required
• Active Iowa nursing license or compact nursing license
• Valid driver's license; must reside at least 50 miles from the facility
• BLS certification (AHA preferred; ARC or US Military certificates also accepted)
• ACLS certification (AHA preferred; ARC or US Military certificates also accepted)
• Skills checklist specific to the Cath Lab discipline
• One supervisory reference form completed within the last two years

Schedule Details

You will be required to work on-call 10–12 days per month and share weekend coverage among team members. You may be asked to float within the same discipline across local campuses. You are required to work 2 of 3 winter holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, and New Year's Day.
