Med Surg RN Job in Chattanooga, TN

You will work as an RN on a 12-bed Med Surg unit at Parkridge Medical Center in Chattanooga, TN. This is a 91-day travel position with a start date of September 14, 2026.

Schedule and Compensation

• 3x12 night shifts, 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• $1,866 weekly pay
• 4 weekend shifts required per 4-week schedule

Unit Details

• Brand new Med Surg unit within the hospital
• Patient ratio of 5–6:1
• 1 PCT available for unit support
• General Med Surg equipment and Meditech documentation system
• Floating policy applies to facility Med Surg units

Role Expectations

• Maintain patient experience requirements of 75%
• Team-oriented and compassionate approach required
• Navy scrubs required as dress code

You will be part of a newly established unit and contribute to building a strong team environment. Your clinical skills and ability to work collaboratively will be essential as you provide direct patient care and coordinate with support staff.
