Med Surg RN Job in Cleveland, OH

Lake West Medical Center is seeking an RN for its Med Surg unit in Cleveland, OH. You'll work the night shift on a 45-bed unit that includes 28 telemetry beds, providing direct patient care with a patient-to-nurse ratio of 1:5 to 1:6.

Schedule

You'll work an every-other-weekend (EOW) and every-other-holiday (EOH) schedule. This assignment offers predictable scheduling and the stability of a three-day work week.

Unit Environment

The Med Surg unit combines traditional medical-surgical care with telemetry monitoring capabilities. Virtual nurse assistance is available hospital-wide, providing additional support when you need it. You'll be part of a team caring for patients across the full spectrum of med-surg diagnoses.

What We're Looking For

You hold a current RN license and are ready to deliver quality patient care on the night shift. Experience with telemetry monitoring and med-surg nursing is valued. You're comfortable working independently while collaborating with your care team.
