PACU - Post Anesthesia Care

Opportunity:

RN - PACU

Job Details:

• Work 8-hour day shifts from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• 5 days per week schedule
• Required to float to all surgery centers on an as-needed basis
• Patient ratio of 2:1
• Work in a fast-paced recovery room environment on the 1st floor of the Conifer Building
• Day shift team includes admin, director, charge nurse, and 5-7 RNs depending on volume
• Assist with recovery for procedures including general, ENT, GYN, plastics, orthopedics (sports/joints), spine, and pain procedures
• GI recovery and pain recovery experience preferred
• EMR system: SIS/Paper
• Minimum of 1 year of PACU experience required
• Required certifications: BLS and ACLS
• Must be flexible and able to work well in a fast-paced environment
