Telemetry RN Job in Greensboro, NC

Cone Health - The Moses H. Cone Memorial Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse for its Telemetry unit in Greensboro, NC. This is a 91-day travel assignment starting November 9, 2026.

Position Details

• Three 12-hour night shifts per week, 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
• Every other weekend required; holidays as needed
• Float required across all facilities within the health system when census is down
• Patient ratio of 6:1
• Weekly pay: $2,085

Unit Overview

You will work with adult and geriatric patient populations. The unit serves observation patients, those with respiratory conditions, general medical and surgical diagnoses, palliative and end-of-life care, psychiatric observation patients, diabetes management cases, and surgical patients in observation.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience; first-time travelers welcome
• Telemetry monitoring and dysrhythmia interpretation and management
• BiPAP and CPAP management
• Blood product administration
• Peripheral line, PICC line, and IV care
• Wound care and wound vac management
• Feeding tube care and management
• Pre- and post-hemodialysis management
• Rapid response and code team participation
• Epic EMR experience required
• Previous Charge RN experience preferred

Certifications and Onboarding

• BLS certification required
• ACLS certification preferred
• Must pass a compliance EKG exam during onboarding (2 attempts allowed)

Interdisciplinary Support

You will have access to IV teams, physical therapy, respiratory services, phlebotomy, radiology, social services, rapid response teams, and pharmacy services.
