Opportunity:

SMH Level 4 RN OR - SMH : L4RN : OR RN

Job Details:

• Day/Evening/Night rotating shift schedule
• On-call, callback, floating, holidays, and weekends required per unit needs
• Care for a wide variety of patients across multiple surgical specialties including orthopedics, general surgery, plastics, urology, cardiac, neuro, vascular, ophthalmic, GYN, ENT, thoracic, oral-maxillofacial, and trauma
• Work with two Da Vinci robots used across multiple services
• Support transplant program involving livers, kidneys, and hearts
• Must be able to scrub and circulate
• Two (2) years of operating room experience in a Level 1 trauma center required
• NY state RN license required
• BLS certification (American Heart Association only) required
• ACLS preferred
• Telemetry highly desired
• Level 1 trauma hospital experience highly desired
• Preferred experience includes specialty cases (transplants, plastics, reconstructive), craniotomy, and strong orthopedic background
