ICU Registered Nurse Job in Sioux City, IA

UnityPoint – St. Luke's Downtown in Sioux City, IA is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) on a temporary basis. This is a night shift position working three 12-hour shifts per week for 91 days, starting September 14, 2026. You will earn $2,280.96 weekly.

Role Responsibilities

• Work as a member of the interdisciplinary team, contributing professional and clinical knowledge and skills in the provision and management of patient care
• Care for cardiac, trauma, and neuro patient populations
• May be asked to float within the same discipline across local campuses
• Work every third weekend with no on-call responsibilities

Requirements

• At least 2 years of previous ICU experience
• Iowa nursing license required
• Current ACLS (AHA), BLS (AHA), and PALS (AHA) certifications
• Experience with EPIC EMR required
• Must reside at least 50 miles from facility based on driver's license address
• Driver's license must be included in profile

Preferred Qualifications

• TNCC (required if extending)
• CPI
• MOAB
