Occupational Therapist Job in Salinas, CA

You'll work as a Travel Occupational Therapist in a skilled nursing facility setting, providing evaluation, treatment, and clinical support to patients in a collaborative healthcare environment.

• Role: Evaluate and treat skilled nursing facility patients using evidence-based occupational therapy interventions. Complete all documentation in Net Health per facility standards. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to deliver coordinated patient care.
• Schedule: Flex scheduling with preference for Sunday–Thursday or Tuesday–Saturday rotations. You'll work alongside a team that values flexibility and responsiveness to facility needs.
• Setting: Pacific Coast Post Acute and Outpatient Physical Therapy. The position may require floating to a sister facility within walking distance to support patient care continuity.
• Requirements: Active California OT License required (or in process under the 60-day rule). Skilled nursing facility experience is preferred, though new graduates are welcome with mentorship available. You'll need strong documentation and time management skills, plus a flexible and collaborative mindset.
• Compensation: $1,914 weekly pay over a 91-day assignment beginning September 15, 2026.
