Physical Therapist Job in Lebanon, Missouri

Mercy Hospital Lebanon is seeking a Physical Therapist for an outpatient orthopedic clinic position. This is a travel assignment lasting 91 days, beginning November 9, 2026.

Position Overview

You will provide direct patient care in a structured outpatient setting, working with a variety of cases including orthopedic, neurological, chronic, and pre- and post-operative patients. Your responsibilities include diagnosing physical-based abnormalities, developing individualized treatment plans, and implementing therapeutic exercises to restore function and mobility.

Schedule and Hours

• Day shift, 5 days per week (5x8 hour shifts)
• 36 guaranteed weekly hours
• No weekend or on-call requirements
• One-to-one patient ratio

Compensation and Details

Weekly pay is $2,482. The facility uses EPIC for its EMR system. You will wear black scrubs or professional wear as per facility dress code.

Qualifications

• Current Missouri state licensure for Physical Therapy
• BLS/CPR certification required
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience
• Preferred background in orthopedics and neurology
