PCU - Progressive Care Unit

Opportunity:

RN - PCU

Job Details:

• Work on the Stroke & Brain unit with a 4:1 patient ratio
• 16-bed unit with tech support available
• Schedule requires 3 shifts per week with 3-4 weekend shifts per month
• May be floated to any area where demonstrated competency exists
• Utilize equipment including Welch Allyn VS Machines, Hoyer lift, Sarah Steady Lift, Telemetry, Bladder Scanner, and Doppler
• Document using Meditech system
• Cardiac drips, telemetry, and neurology experience required
• Stroke experience required
• Basic dysrhythmia interpretation skills required
• Required certifications: NIHSS, ACLS, BLS
• Required dress code: Navy Blue
• 48 guaranteed hours approved for travelers
