Physical Therapist

Opportunity:

PT - Outpatient

Job Details:

• Monday through Friday 8-hour day shifts from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM with a required 30-minute lunch break
• No weekend requirement
• Clinic will be closed on select holidays including Christmas Eve (half day), Christmas Day, the day after Christmas, New Year's Eve (half day), and New Year's Day
• Treat approximately 9 to 11 patients per day with an average of 10 patients
• Common patient diagnoses include orthopedic conditions, total joint, vestibular, neurological, and balance difficulties
• Work alongside 2 PTAs in the clinic
• Floor-specific orientation provided for 1 to 2 days
• Charting system: Cerner EMR
• Professional attire required with no specific scrub color
• New graduates with a minimum of 6 months of experience in acute care or skilled nursing will be considered
• Required certifications: Current PT license and BLS Certification
• Hospital may cancel up to 4 shifts per 13-week assignment or up to 3 shifts for assignments less than 13 weeks
