Med Surg RN Job in Kingman, AZ

You'll join Kingman Regional Medical Center as a Med Surg RN in a Trauma Level 2 acute care setting. This is a 91-day travel assignment starting November 2, 2026, offering 3x12-hour day shifts at $2,182 weekly.

Your Role

You'll care for 5 to 6 patients requiring inpatient hospitalization for medical or surgical issues and procedures. You'll be responsible for patient assessment, treatment planning, and coordination of care on the Med Surg units. Float assignments to all Med Surg remote telemetry units on the 2nd and 3rd floors are expected as needed. Occasional float to PCU may be required.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year acute care experience
• RN license (BSN not required)
• ACLS and BLS certifications
• EKG competency with remote telemetry system experience

What You'll Use

You'll work with MEDITECH charting system, Pyxis medication stations, Alaris IV pumps, and remote telemetry monitoring equipment in a busy inpatient environment.

Schedule Details

You'll work 12-hour day shifts. You must be willing to work every other weekend or one weekend shift per week, with weekend shifts on Saturday and Sunday. Nurse-to-patient ratio is 5:1 to 6:1.
