Med Surg RN Job in Pittsburgh, PA

You'll work as an RN in a 21–30 bed medical-surgical rehabilitation unit at West Penn in Pittsburgh, PA. This is a 90-day travel assignment beginning October 19, 2026, with 3x12 night shifts and a weekly pay of $2,342.

Your role:

• Provide direct patient care with a ratio of 1:5
• Support patients recovering from traumatic brain injuries (TBI), burns, transplants, and stroke
• Manage care for patients requiring advanced devices including LVAD, Impella, and chest tubes
• Administer breathing treatments and operate CPAP/BiPAP equipment
• Perform tracheostomy care and manage feeding tubes and drains
• Work with fistulas, PICC lines, central lines, and ports
• Operate and manage WoundVacs for wound care
• Provide care for BMT, general, hematology, and oncology patients
• Administer antiseizure medications, insulin, and heparin
