Med Surg RN Job in Neenah, WI

ThedaCare - Neenah is hiring a Registered Nurse for a 13-week Medical-Surgical position. You'll work 12-hour night shifts starting at 5:30 PM, three days per week, with 36 guaranteed hours weekly.

Role Expectations

• Primary cases include Med/Surg with experience in pre/post cath, post pacemaker, and TR Bands required
• Patient ratio of 1:5–6 with RN paired with LPN/CNA support based on acuity
• Pediatric patients on a rare basis
• Float requirements throughout the facility and to all facilities within a 60-mile radius
• No on-call or callback requirements
• Weekend requirement up to every other weekend; facility open to every weekend availability
• Holiday rotation as needed
• Any missed shift must be made up within 2 weeks of absence

Requirements

• Current Wisconsin RN License and AHA BLS certification
• Minimum 3+ years experience as an RN
• 1 prior travel contract required
• EPIC charting experience within the last year required
• Associate Degree or Certificate in nursing
• Candidates must not be coming from a facility or home location within 50 miles of the primary location
