Opportunity:

RN - Med Surg

Job Details:

• 13-week contract
• 8-hour evening shifts with every other weekend required
• Holiday rotation required
• 36 guaranteed hours per week
• May float to other like units and facilities based on census as needed
• No on-call or call back requirements
• 53-bed Med Surg unit with patient ratios of 1:7-8 possible
• Must be able to read telemetry
• Must have experience managing non-titratable cardiac drips and insulin drips
• 3-5 years of Med Surg experience required
• At least 1 completed traveler contract preferred
• Short-term acute care hospital experience required
• EPIC charting experience required within last 12 months
• Required certifications: BLS, WI or Compact nursing license
• Associate Degree or Certificate required
• Strong documentation skills required
• Must be a hard worker, resilient, able to manage change, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
