Job Details:

• Occupational Therapist role focused on home health services in Alameda County, with potential territory expansion as needed
• Full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday
• Caseloads and visit mixes per day average 8 hours per day and 40 hours per week
• Overtime must be pre-approved by the Clinical Supervisor
• Prioritize start of care visits and complete mandatory next-day reporting for start of care visits
• Supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants
• Complete clinical notes and all documentation within 48 hours of visit
• Maintain timely communication with supervisor, intake, and office staff
• Must be generally responsive during normal business hours
• Productivity requirement of 30 points per week
• Training includes 3 full days - one in-house and two in the field
• Documentation system used is Kinnser
• Equipment issued includes iPad and Ring Central
• Mileage reimbursement provided from first to last patient
• Parking and toll reimbursement provided
• Company car option available
• California OT License required
• Minimum one year of home health experience required
