Job Details:

• Work 10-hour day shifts, 4 days per week with 40 hours guaranteed per week
• 2 weekends per month required
• May float to the Inpatient Rehabilitation Unit
• Split time between the Acute Inpatient Unit and a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)
• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered occupational therapy services to diverse patient populations
• Work with patients recovering from neurological injuries and surgeries in acute settings
• Provide rehabilitation services to elderly patients with a variety of rehabilitation needs in the SNF
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary and interdisciplinary teams to improve patients' functional outcomes
• Strong knowledge of neurological disorders and evidence-based rehabilitation techniques required
• Experience in neurological rehabilitation or acute inpatient care preferred
• Experience in geriatric rehabilitation and SNF care preferred
• Doctor of Occupational Therapy degree from an accredited program required
• Active California state OT license required
• Required certifications: BLS (AHA)
• Charting system: Epic
• Hospital-provided scrubs
