Job Details:

• 26-week contract assignment
• Day shift schedule
• 36 or 48 hours available per week
• Every other weekend required
• Every other holiday required, must work 2 out of 3 winter holidays
• Self-scheduling model with manager guidance; desired schedule accommodated when possible
• Must have Level 4 NICU experience
• Cardiac PICU experience preferred
• Working in the children's hospital across all units including NICU, PICU, high-risk deliveries, and acute care pediatrics
• Must be competent in caring for neonates, infants, pediatric, and adolescent patient populations
• Must be competent in the use of the Bunnell Jet Ventilator and HFOV 3100A
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills required to work within a multidisciplinary team
• Epic experience required
• Minimum 1 year of experience required
• Required certifications: BLS, NRP, RRT, Virginia State License
• PALS and ACCS preferred
• Virginia license required; pending license accepted provided a temporary license can be obtained before start date and another state license is held
