Telemetry RN Job in Memphis, TN

Join St. Francis Medical Center - Park as a Telemetry RN on a 91-week travel assignment. You will provide direct clinical care to telemetry patients while supporting facility nursing leadership and ensuring safe, high-quality patient outcomes.

• Shift: 3x12 nights (1900–0730)
• Weekly Pay: $1,810
• Start Date: October 12, 2026
• Location: Memphis, TN

Your Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, and implement direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per-shift basis
• Supervise staff to whom appropriate care has been delegated
• Support facility nursing leadership to maintain high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care
• Ensure competency of clinical staff and appropriate resource management related to patient care
• Contact House Supervisor for any nurse cancellation

Unit Details

• 5B Floor Neuro Tele: 1:7 or 1:8 nurse-to-patient ratio
• 5T Cardiac Stepdown: 1:4 nurse-to-patient ratio
• 6T Post Op: 1:6 to 1:7 nurse-to-patient ratio

Requirements

• Valid RN license
• Scrubs: Ceil blue or white
