Opportunity:

RN - Neurology

Job Details:

• Work straight night shifts with rotating weekends and holidays
• 48 hours per week billed at regular time on a rotational shift schedule
• Care for patients with neurological conditions including stroke, epilepsy, Multiple Sclerosis, Guillain Barre Syndrome, and more
• Work within a fast-paced, interdisciplinary team environment
• Utilize telemetry equipment and critical thinking skills to monitor and assess patients
• Work with specialty team to evaluate, diagnose, and treat seizures using continuous video EEG technology
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team in a Joint Commission accredited Comprehensive Stroke Center
• Support a Level 4 Epilepsy Monitoring Unit, the only one of its kind in the region
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience required
• Telemetry experience required
• New York RN license required
• Required certifications: BLS (American Heart Association only) and NIHSS
