Med Surg RN Job in Detroit, MI

You will deliver direct clinical care to patients on a medical-surgical unit at Rehabilitation Institute of Michigan. Working three 12-hour night shifts per week, you will assess patient needs, develop and implement care plans, and supervise delegated staff to maintain safe, high-quality outcomes.

• Assess, plan, and implement direct clinical care for assigned patients each shift
• Supervise staff to whom appropriate care has been delegated
• Support facility nursing leadership to ensure safe and appropriate nursing care standards
• Evaluate clinical staff competency and manage resources effectively
• Maintain accountability for patient care outcomes at the unit level

Assignment Details: This is a 91-day travel assignment beginning September 30, 2026. You will work night shift (1900–0730) three days per week. Weekly pay is $2,021.76. The role requires an active RN license and the ability to work independently while supporting the broader nursing team at this rehabilitation facility in Detroit, Michigan.
