Aspirus Iron River Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse for our Medical-Surgical unit. This is a travel nursing position offering steady work and competitive compensation in a supportive healthcare environment.

Position Details:

• Specialty: Medical-Surgical Nursing
• Shift: 5 days per week, 8-hour days
• Duration: 91 days
• Start Date: October 12, 2026
• Weekly Pay: $2,591

Your Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to medical-surgical patients
• Work collaboratively with healthcare team members to ensure quality patient outcomes
• Participate in floating between sister facilities within the designated region as needed

Requirements:

• Current Michigan state nursing license
• BLS certification
• Minimum 2 years of recent nursing experience
• RN degree
