Telemetry RN Job in Saint Louis, MO

Barnes-Jewish Hospital Nursing is seeking a Registered Nurse for a telemetry float position covering multiple inpatient units across a large campus. This is a 91-day travel assignment starting November 9, 2026.

Position Details

• Schedule: 3x12 nights with 36 guaranteed hours per week
• Float coverage of Med Surg, Telemetry, Trauma, Oncology, Heart and Vascular, Neuro, Medicine, and ED Holding/Boarding (excludes Women's and Infant and Labor & Delivery)
• Every other weekend required; 3 weekend shifts per 6-week schedule
• No on-call; block scheduling not available
• Patient ratios: 1:4–6 adults and geriatrics
• Weekly pay: $2,299

Required Qualifications

• RN license (current and unrestricted)
• Minimum 2 years bedside nursing experience
• Travel nursing experience
• Telemetry experience and ability to interpret and manage dysrhythmias
• ACLS and BLS certifications
• IV start capability
• Must pass Relias EKG exam
• Skills: cardiac telemetry, dysrhythmia interpretation and management, cardiac drip management, peripheral line care, and oxygen administration
• Epic charting system experience preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• CCRN, NIHSS, ONS, TNCC, or CPI certification
• Chemotherapy administration and monitoring
• Phlebotomy
• PCU/DOU/IMC/Step-Down experience
• Vasoactive drip titration
