ED RN Job in Dallas, TX

Join Medical City Dallas as a Registered Nurse in the Emergency Department for an 8-week travel assignment. You will work a day shift from 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM on a 3x12 schedule with an every-other-weekend rotation. This role offers 36 guaranteed hours per week at $1,839.60 weekly pay, with your assignment beginning June 2, 2026.

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care in an adult Emergency Room setting
• Manage acute and emergent patient situations with clinical expertise
• Float to other departments as needed per facility policy
• Comply with on-call requirements as scheduled

Requirements:

• Active RN license (temporary licenses not accepted)
• Minimum 2+ years of general nursing experience
• Minimum 2+ years of Emergency Room specialty experience
• Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, and NIH
• MEDITECH documentation system experience preferred

Important Details:

• Time off cannot be accommodated from June 14 through July 14
• Dress code requires royal blue scrubs
• Nails must be clean and healthy; no artificial, gel, or extended nails permitted
• Hair must be neat and clean, pulled back if shoulder length or longer; no extreme styles or colors
• Beards, mustaches, and sideburns must be clean and neatly trimmed
• Body art should be covered whenever possible
• Visible piercings other than earlobes are prohibited
