Physical Therapist Job in Antigo, WI

Aspirus at Home – Antigo is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our home health team. You will evaluate, treat, and plan patient care for adult and geriatric populations with orthopedic, neurological, and functional mobility diagnoses, following Physical Therapy standards of practice.

Schedule & Hours

• Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM
• Guaranteed 37 hours per week with flexibility up to 40 hours
• One Saturday rotation every 6 to 8 weeks with a compensatory weekday off
• No holiday rotation required
• No on-call or call-back requirements

Your Responsibilities

• Conduct patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Complete documentation to meet regulatory and reimbursement requirements using NetSmart EMR
• Maintain productivity average of 4.5 visits per day
• Use laptop for point-of-service documentation and cell phone for GPS and communication
• Travel occasionally to other branches as needed; mileage reimbursed at government-approved rate

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Physical Therapy
• Bachelor's degree required
• Home health experience with training in adult and geriatric patient populations
• Wisconsin state licensure
• AHA BLS certification
• NPI number (candidates without one must begin the application process prior to start date)

Compensation & Duration

Weekly pay is $3,081. This is a 91-day travel assignment with a start date of October 5, 2026.
