Opportunity:
PT - Physical Therapist
Job Details:
• Provide comprehensive rehabilitative services to patients in both rural health clinic and inpatient settings
• Perform skilled evaluations and implement individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support optimal patient recovery and functional independence
• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based care to patients
• Educate patients and families on therapeutic techniques, equipment use, and home-based programs
• Shifts scheduled during clinic hours from 6:30 AM to 5:15 PM, depending on need
• Current Wisconsin Physical Therapist license required
• Current BLS certification required
