Physical Therapist Job in Antigo, WI

Aspirus at Home - Antigo is seeking a Physical Therapist to join their home health team. You will evaluate, treat, and plan patient care for adult and geriatric populations with a variety of orthopedic, neurological, and functional mobility diagnoses, following Physical Therapy standards of practice.

Schedule and Hours:

• Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM
• Guaranteed 37 hours per week with flexibility up to 40 hours per week
• One Saturday rotation every 6 to 8 weeks with a compensatory day off during the week
• No holiday rotation required
• No on-call or call-back requirements

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Document patient care to meet regulatory and reimbursement requirements using NetSmart EMR
• Maintain productivity expectations of an average of 4.5 visits per day
• Use laptop for point-of-service documentation and cell phone for GPS and communication
• Travel to other branches as needed; mileage reimbursed at government-approved rate

Required Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Physical Therapy
• Bachelor's degree
• Wisconsin state licensure
• AHA BLS certification
• NPI number (candidates without one must begin the application process prior to start date)
• Home health experience required with training in working with adult and geriatric populations

This is a 91-day travel assignment beginning October 5, 2026. Weekly pay is $3,081.
