Opportunity:

RN - Endoscopy

Job Details:

• Day/evening shifts available from 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM or 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• Variable shift schedule
• Willing to work with candidate on flexing shift lengths and times
• Take call as needed, typically once a week and every 6th weekend
• Work with both outpatients and inpatients across two campuses
• Perform ongoing and systematic patient assessments focusing on physiological, psychological, and cognitive status
• Analyze assessment data to determine appropriate nursing diagnoses and develop goal-directed care plans
• Implement care in a knowledgeable, skillful, consistent, and continuous manner
• Perform timely, accurate, and concise documentation in patient records
• Evaluate effectiveness of care and monitor patient progress toward outcomes
• Function with awareness and application of safety issues and established protocols
• Perform efficiently in emergency patient situations following established protocols
• Collaborate with patients, families, and other healthcare team members to provide comprehensive patient care
• Demonstrate effective communication methods and skills with all healthcare team members
• OR nurse candidates with Endoscopy training or experience will be considered, as well as those with a sole focus on Endoscopy
