Physical Therapist Job in West Plains, MO

Join Ozarks Medical Center as a Physical Therapist on a 13-week travel contract. You'll provide skilled rehabilitation services in home health and primary care settings across West Plains, Missouri.

Schedule & Hours

• Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (5x8 shifts)
• No weekends or call required
• No floating between units
• Flexibility to adjust to Tuesday through Friday if needed

Role Details

• Caseload of 8 to 11 patients depending on travel time
• Productivity expectations of 4 to 5 patients per day
• Work in home health in addition to primary setting
• Mileage reimbursement provided at IRS Standard Mileage Rate
• EMR documentation system: Meditech
• Unit scrub color: Royal Blue

Requirements

• Missouri PT state license required (PT compact privileges may be accepted)
• BLS certification required
• Minimum 1 year of physical therapy experience
• First time travelers accepted

Compensation & Duration

• Weekly pay: $3,024
• 13-week contract
• Start date: July 20, 2026
