Join Banner Boswell Medical Center as a Registered Nurse in our Progressive Care Unit. This 89-week travel assignment offers you the opportunity to deliver direct patient care in an acute care setting while gaining experience across multiple campuses.

Position Details

• Shift: 3x12 nights
• Weekly pay: $2,559
• Primary location: Banner Boswell Medical Center, 10401 W Thunderbird Blvd, Sun City, AZ
• Assignment duration: 89 weeks
• Start date: November 16, 2026

Your Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to progressive care patients
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care according to organizational policies
• Complete thorough patient assessments covering physical, psychological, social, spiritual needs, and discharge planning
• Formulate individualized care plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team
• Delegate appropriately and supervise healthcare team activities as needed
• Document all nursing interventions and patient responses accurately and in a timely manner
• Participate in patient and family education
• Float between Boswell and Del Webb campuses as needed, with Boswell as your primary campus
• Maintain clinical performance competencies through annual validations

Required Qualifications

• Current valid RN license
• BLS certification
• Minimum one year of acute care hospital experience
• Must have worked in an acute care setting within the past 12 months

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Professional nursing certification
