ED RN Job in Conroe, TX

Join HCA Houston Conroe as a travel RN in the Emergency Department. This 13-week assignment runs 7 p.m. to 7 a.m., three 12-hour shifts per week, starting September 28, 2026. You'll earn $1,661 weekly.

About the Role

You'll work in a 30-bed physical Emergency Department with an additional 8 hall beds, managing a patient ratio of 1:4. Your responsibilities include NIH assessments, IV insertion and blood draws, moderate sedation administration, TNK administration, and cardiac monitoring. You'll use Meditech electronic medical records and work with equipment including Baxter IV pumps, GE Monitors, Ventilators, BiPAP/CPAP, Belmont Rapid Infusers, and portable EKG machines.

Requirements

• Current RN license
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
• TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course) required
• TNCC and ENPC (Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course) certifications preferred
• Every other weekend availability
