ED - Emergency Room

Opportunity:

RN - ED

Job Details:

• Work in a 13-bed emergency department with a fast track area featuring 6 chairs for low acuity patients
• Patient ratios of 1:4 in the main emergency department and 1:6 in the fast track area
• No on-call responsibilities
• Weekend availability required as needed
• Previous emergency department experience required
• Ultrasound guided IV experience preferred
• Perform triage, medication administration, and splinting procedures
• Operate vitals machines, portable EKG machine, glucometer, transport monitors, and Belmont rapid transfuser
• Use Meditech electronic medical records system
• Required certifications: TNCC, ACLS, BLS, PALS
• Dress code: Navy blue scrubs
• Team-player attitude with a friendly and can-do approach required
