PCU RN Job in Parkersburg, WV

WVU Camden Clark Medical Center is seeking a Registered Nurse for its Progressive Care Unit (PCU) step-down float pool. This is a 91-day travel assignment beginning November 2, 2026.

Position Details

• Specialty: Progressive Care Unit (PCU)
• Shift: 12-hour nights, 3 days per week
• Weekly guarantee: 48 hours
• Schedule includes weekends as assigned
• Charting system: EPIC

Compensation

• Weekly pay: $2,380
• 91-day assignment

Assignment Terms

• Acute care environment
• Float pool role across PCU units
• Cancellation policy: Client may cancel up to 2 shifts per 13-week assignment, or 1 shift for assignments shorter than 13 weeks

Required Credentials

• RN (Registered Nurse)
• ACLS certification (American Heart Association)
• BLS certification (American Heart Association)

You'll work as part of a dynamic step-down care team, supporting patients transitioning from intensive care. Your clinical judgment and patient advocacy will be central to the PCU environment. EPIC proficiency is essential for this role.
