Cath Lab Technologist - Cardiac Cath Lab

Job Details:

• Work 4x10 day shifts with every other weekend (EOW) schedule
• Call required with weeknight rotation of 1 call shift per week for inpatient and emergent cases
• Weekend call rotation of 1 weekend per month, running from Friday evening through Monday morning
• First to float as needed per unit requirements
• Cases are performed with 2 techs - one scrubs and one monitors hemodynamics
• Work across 5 suites including 2 coronary suites, 1 peripheral suite, 1 vascular and neuro suite, and 1 EP suite
• Average caseload ranges from 10 to 22 cases per day
• Must have current cath lab experience
• Must be comfortable with conscious and moderate sedation, procedural processes, and airway management
• Must be proficient with cardiac drips including Integrilin, dopamine, and vasopressors, as well as balloon pumps
• Skills required include STEMI receiving facility experience, cardiac/coronary, vascular, peripheral, EP, general IR, and neuro intervention
• Charting system: Cerner
• Acute care setting
• Required certifications: ARRT, BLS Certification, Fluoroscopy
• RCIS or CCT certifications will NOT be accepted in lieu of required certifications
• BSN not required
