Med Surg RN Job in Overland Park, KS

Join Menorah Medical Center in Overland Park, Kansas as a Med Surg RN on a 16-bed Inpatient Rehabilitation Unit. This is a backfill travel position running 91 days, starting October 26, 2026.

Schedule & Pay

• Work 3 twelve-hour day shifts per week (7am–7pm)
• Rotating every 3rd weekend
• Weekly pay: $1,940

Role Details

You will care for post-stroke patients, surgical patients (neuro or ortho), and medical patients requiring increased therapy. Day shift staffing includes 1 Charge RN and 1–2 additional RNs; night shift includes 1 Point Person RN and 1–2 additional RNs. You may float to any medical floor as needed.

Systems & Equipment

• Document using Meditech EMR
• Utilize Welch Allyn equipment
• Rehab documentation knowledge preferred

Requirements & Certifications

• Required: BLS certification
• Preferred: ACLS or PALS, Basic Dysrhythmia class, and CRRN certification

Dress Code

Royal blue scrub top and bottom, or black scrub bottoms may be substituted for the bottom.
