Opportunity:

RN - Med Surg

Job Details:

• 3x12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• Every other weekend required
• Patient ratio of 4:1 on days, nights, and weekends
• May float to ER, ICU, and LDRP units as needed
• Strong orthopedic experience required, including total hips and knees
• General surgery experience required
• Providing care for post-op joint and medical patients
• Patient population includes adolescents, infants, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics
• 2 years of experience required
• First-time travelers and local candidates accepted
• Rural health experience a plus
• TruBridge (formerly known as CPSI) EMR experience preferred; willing to train
• Required certification: BLS
• Preferred certifications: ACLS, PALS
• Kansas state or compact license required
• Required skills: IV start, telemetry, and charge experience
• Charge experience preferred
• No specific scrub color required
