Telemetry RN Job in Greensboro, NC

You will work as a Registered Nurse on the Cardiac Telemetry unit at Cone Health - The Moses H. Cone Memorial Hospital in Greensboro, NC. This is a 91-day travel assignment starting September 14, 2026.

Schedule and Pay

• Three 12-hour day shifts per week, 8:00 AM to 8:30 PM
• Monday through Friday; no weekends or holidays
• Weekly pay: $2,073.60

Your Role

You will provide direct patient care on a telemetry unit serving adults, managing a 4:1 patient ratio across 19 rooms with a daily census of 25–32 patients. Your responsibilities include telemetry monitoring with dysrhythmia interpretation, care of arterial and venous access patients (radial and ulnar sites), and hemostasis monitoring. You will also provide pre- and post-procedure care for Cath lab, EP lab, PV lab, and Interventional Radiology patients, including Same Day PCI patients. You will use specialized equipment including TR band and Femostop devices.

Requirements

• Current RN license
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience (first-time travelers welcome)
• Previous Charge RN experience required
• ACLS and BLS certifications
• EPIC charting system experience
• Telemetry experience with dysrhythmia interpretation
• Knowledge of arterial and venous access care and monitoring
• Must pass a compliance EKG exam (2 attempts allowed)
