PCU - Progressive Care Unit

RN - Stepdown

Job Details:

• Work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• Must live 75 miles or more from facility based on driver's license address
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience required
• Patient ratio of 3:1 versus typical 2:1 ratio
• Care for patients requiring intermediate level monitoring between PCU and ICU
• Manage ventilated patients and critical drips
• Must demonstrate proficiency in medication management
• Work in acute care setting
• Use MEDITECH charting system
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS
• BSN degree not required
• Subject to cancellation policy of 12 hours every 2 weeks
• License submission required
