OR RN Job in Atlantic, IA

You will deliver direct patient care to individuals undergoing operative and other invasive procedures at Cass County Memorial Hospital in Atlantic, IA. Your role spans the full surgical journey—from the moment a patient learns they need a procedure through their return to normal activities.

Your Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care to patients before, during, and after surgical and invasive procedures
• Address the psychological and socio-cultural needs of surgical patients and their families
• Educate patients and support persons about the surgical process, expectations, and recovery
• Monitor patient safety and comfort throughout the operative experience
• Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
