OR Registered Nurse Job in Cedar Rapids, IA

UnityPoint - St. Luke's Hospital is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for its Operating Room in Cedar Rapids, IA. This is a 91-day travel assignment running evenings on a 4x10 schedule with no on-call or weekend requirements.

Position Requirements:

• Minimum 24 months of current operating room experience
• Travel healthcare experience within the previous 15 months
• Active Iowa license or compact/multistate license
• BLS and ACLS certification (AHA or ARC)
• Operating Room Nurse skills checklist completion
• EPIC EMR proficiency

Clinical Skills & Experience:

• Proficient circulating in orthopedic surgery, including total joints and spine procedures
• Proficient in general surgery
• Capable of circulating independently across varied surgical cases
• Required experience with DaVinci robotics (DaVinci Xi systems)
• Required experience with robotic orthopedic equipment: Mako and Rosa platforms (used in approximately 80% of total joints cases)
• Scrub experience is a nice to have

• 1:1 patient ratio
