Telemetry RN Job in Greensboro, NC

Join Cone Health – The Moses H. Cone Memorial Hospital as a Registered Nurse in our Telemetry unit. You will work 3x12-hour night shifts (7:00 PM to 7:30 AM) with every other weekend required and holidays as needed. This is a 91-day travel assignment beginning October 5, 2026, offering $2,085 per week.

Role & Patient Care

You will care for adult and geriatric patient populations with a 6:1 patient ratio across days, nights, and weekends. Your responsibilities include telemetry monitoring, dysrhythmia interpretation, BiPAP/CPAP management, blood product administration, peripheral and PICC line management, wound care and wound vac management, feeding tube care, and pre/post hemodialysis care. Patient diagnoses span observation, respiratory conditions, general medical/surgical cases, palliative and end-of-life/hospice care, psychiatric observation, diabetes, and surgical patients.

Requirements & Experience

• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience; first-time travelers welcome
• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred
• EPIC charting system experience required
• Previous Charge RN experience preferred
• Must pass a compliance EKG exam during onboarding (2 attempts allowed)

Facility & Support

Float across all Cone Health facilities when census is down. You will have access to interdisciplinary support including IV teams, physical therapy, respiratory services, phlebotomy, radiology, social services, rapid response teams, and pharmacy. Rapid response and code team protocols are standard.
