ICU RN Job in Lakewood, CO

St. Anthony Hospital in Lakewood, CO is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a night shift position in the Intensive Care Unit. This is a 91-day travel assignment beginning November 16, 2026, offering $2,271 weekly compensation.

Position Details:

• 3 shifts per week, 12 hours each (nights)
• 1:2 nurse-to-patient ratio
• Self-scheduling with 6–9 weekend shifts required per 6-week schedule
• Holiday requirements apply
• Potential floating to all ICU floors and lower acuity units; may float within Zone 3 in cases of extreme need
• Hospital may cancel up to 3 shifts for this assignment

Clinical Requirements:

• General critical care experience required
• Ability to perform and interpret 12-lead EKGs
• 1 year of trauma/surgical and neuro critical care experience preferred
• Competency in titrating drips including vasopressors, inotropes, sedatives, analgesics, metabolic, and specialized drips
• Ability to read and interpret cardiac monitor strips using Philips monitors
• Required certifications: ACLS (AHA), BLS (AHA), NIHSS
• BSN not required

Facility Resources:

• EPIC charting system
• Intensivist/hospitalist in house
• Respiratory therapist available 24/7 with CPAP, BiPAP, high flow, and ventilator support
• 1 critical care tech available per unit

Additional Information:

• Navy Blue scrubs required
• Must be flexible and adaptable with strong teamwork skills
• Must be within 60-mile radius; valid driver's license required
