Med Surg RN Job in Rhinelander, WI

Aspirus Rhinelander is seeking a Registered Nurse for our Medical-Surgical unit. This is a 91-day travel assignment beginning November 2, 2026, offering competitive compensation of $2,506 weekly.

Position Details

• 3x12-hour night shifts
• Every other weekend and every other holiday rotation required
• May float to allied units at Howard Young, Tomahawk, and Eagle River locations as needed, with possible prescheduling
• May be placed on low census call with a minimum 2-hour callback requirement

Experience and Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of med-surg experience preferred; candidates with at least 1.5 years may be considered
• Additional RN experience in other acute care specialties valued
• Occasional pediatric surgical patients, including ENT and orthopedic cases
• Associate Degree or Certificate required; Bachelor's Degree preferred

Required Certifications and Skills

• Wisconsin RN license
• AHA or American Red Cross BLS
• AHA PALS
• EPIC charting experience required

• Any scrub color acceptable
• Contractors must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility
