Opportunity:

RN - Med Surg Tele

Job Details:

• 12-hour night shifts, 3 days per week from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM
• Patient ratio of 1:6
• Every other weekend is required and non-negotiable
• No on-call required
• Floating within scope to meet facility needs is required
• Minimum 2 years of experience required
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS
• South Carolina RN license or Compact license must be in hand prior to start
• Required skills: Cardiac Telemetry, Interpretation of Dysrhythmias, Management of Dysrhythmias, Telemetry on-unit monitoring, MS/Tele experience
• Additional skills: Isolation Precautions/PPE, Peripheral Line Care/Management, Oxygen Administration, Renal Failure management
• Community hospital experience preferred
• Epic charting system experience preferred
• Scrub color: Royal Blue
• Parking is provided at no cost
• Block scheduling may be requested prior to assignment but is not guaranteed
• Facility may call off 1 shift per 2-week period
• Patients served include adults and geriatrics with diagnoses such as diabetes, hypertension, CAD, ESRD, chronic respiratory illnesses, and arrhythmias
• Interdisciplinary support includes Physical Therapy, Respiratory Services, Pharmacy, Radiology, Social Services, Rapid Response Teams, and more
