Telemetry RN Job in Conway, SC

Conway Medical Center is seeking a Registered Nurse for a Telemetry float pool position. You will work the night shift from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM on a 3x12 schedule, with assignment to Med/Surg Telemetry units as needed.

Position Details

• Night shift: 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• 3 shifts per week
• Float pool assignment across Med/Surg Telemetry units
• Patient-to-nurse ratio of 1:6, with flexibility to 1:7 as needed
• Every other weekend required
• Self-scheduling and blocked scheduling options available
• No requested time off for holidays preferred; single holiday RTO may be considered

Patient Population and Care

You will care for adult patients with medical, surgical, and cardiac diagnoses. Telemetry monitoring is required on the unit. You will perform primary IV skills; Respiratory Therapy covers specialty IV placement. The facility uses Cerner EMR.

Required Qualifications

• Current South Carolina RN license (must be in hand at submission)
• 2 years of Med/Surg Telemetry experience
• ACLS and BLS (AHA) certifications
• Cerner EMR experience
• Primary IV skills
• Float pool experience preferred
• PCU/Step Down experience preferred
• No first-time travelers for float positions

• Weekly pay: $1,932
