Opportunity:

Surgical Tech - CVOR Tech

Job Details:

• Work 10-hour mid shifts with start times at 9:00 AM or 10:45 AM
• Additional shift options include 8-hour shifts (6:30 AM - 3:00 PM) and 12-hour shifts
• Call required with 1-2 weeknights per week and weekend call approximately once per month from end of shift Friday through 6:30 AM Monday
• Every other weekend (EOW) requirement covered by call
• Holidays covered by call
• First to float as needed
• Patient ratio is 1:1
• EMR system: Cerner Surginet
• Scrubs are provided by the facility
• Work with all types of surgical cases except transplant
• CVOR cases include CABG, valve procedures, pacers, lead extractions, and lung cases
• Main OR cases include orthopedic, general/vascular, neuro/spine, ENT, and trauma
• Must have strong experience with total joints, general, vascular, and spine procedures
• One shift orientation with preceptor provided
• Trauma Level 2 acute care setting
• Required certifications: BLS Certification
